Song sparrow sings a spring tune, Ellis Creek Water Recycling Facility

There are many more Yosemite landscapes waiting to be processed, but for today I'll switch back to wildlife with a song sparrow singing in the yellow wildflowers that line the ponds at Ellis Creek Water Recycling Facility in Petaluma, CA.

    Sparrows are often overlooked as photo subjects. I know I am guilty of that. Great shots.

    Oh look how happy he is in that beautiful place. Gorgeous. I'd be singing too (not as beautifully)! Have you been to the birding facility at the wastewater place in Arcata? It used to be one of our favorite birding places to visit when we'd spend time in California.
